Vision Studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 (working) hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the booked service or for when clients that are a “no show” will incur a charge of 100% of the booking made.

The cancellation policy gives me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, optimising my working hours.
